Should be Team player. Should be capable enough to handle pressure in tough times Should ready to make phone calls and generate own business Should have good communication and convincing skills Ready to opt new changes and act accordingly Admin: Should update the daily report and consolidate daily report to HRM Accommodate visitors, clients and job candidates Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail Prepare expense claims for expense, gaining appropriate approval where necessary, and forward to Finance Department in a timely fashion Prepare petty cash records and cash count on a monthly basis, and send information to Finance Department by the end of the month Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your manager
